North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) has been in business since 2010. We operate out of Surrey, BC and service all areas within the Lower Mainland. Founded by Allen Hewitt, NWPM started by servicing residential customers with general landscaping services.

Since then, the business has grown into many different entities, servicing both residential and commercial customers with landscaping construction, synthetic grass installations and distribution, as well as winter salting and plowing services.

Here at NWPM, we pride ourselves on completing landscaping projects with the highest attention to detail.  Understanding that our customers are the reason for our success is one of the driving forces behind every decision the company makes.

In 2018 NWPM, coincidentally through one of our customers, we were introduced to "Lean Thinking." Owner Allen Hewitt, immediately embraced and studied the philosophy and implemented lean throughout the organization. Allen continued his learning of "Lean," by going on a lean manufacturing tour in Japan where he was immersed with the teachings and endless opportunities lean creates. Most recently NWPM was accepted into the Global Lean Leadership Summit ( https://glls.info/) in California, this is an event where business owners from around the world meet and discuss their lean journey.
